PAUL, Minn. — Police have arrested a teen who they say set fire to a church with a youth group still inside. Tou Chai Lee, 18, was arrested after police say he intentionally lit up the foyer of Faith Alliance Church while 18 members of the church’s youth groups were in the basement of the church. After hearing the alarm and smelling smoke, the group found the entryway engulfed in flames. They were able to escape through a side door. Once outside, several witnesses described seeing Lee driving away from the scene. A motive has not been officially released, but they are revealing that Lee knew some of the members in the church at the time of the incident, one of them being his ex-girlfriend. If you watch the video at the link provided, one of the teens says that Lee had joined the group on some occasions in the past. That same teen is also one of four people who found their tires slashed outside the church. Luckily no one was injured and the church suffered minimal damage conducting Sunday service as normal. I’m guessing Lee can forget about ever getting his ex back…but then again, if you’ve resorted to setting fire to a church containing your ex-girlfriend, that probably wasn’t the motivation in the first place. Five children were removed from the home and are being held in state custody.Police say both of the woman’s eyes were swollen shut, her mouth was swollen enough to make speaking difficult, and four of her teeth were knocked loose and pushed back toward her throat. Medical documents reveal the woman suffered from a subdural hematoma to the head, a fracture of the right orbital bone, a broken nose, multiple contusions, extensive facial injuries, a concussion, loss of consciousness and blowout fracture of facial bones.

It is at that point that a drunken Kimberly Graham plowed into the group in her Dodge Ram Pickup, killing ever single one of them. She then did the noble thing and fled the scene leaving them strewn down Memorial Drive to die. She was later arrested after turning herself in and charged with five counts of first-degree manslaughter. On March 12th of this year, jurors convicted Kimberly Graham on all five counts plus one count of leaving the scene of an accident. Yesterday, Judge Thornbrugh sentenced her to 107 years in prison. 20 years for each victim and 7 years for leaving the scene. […]

Border trade likely to reopen in Myanmar's Rakhine state with situation returning to normal
